CANINE BOARDING

We board all dogs, regardless of weight, in a 4'X6" floor to ceiling run.  Each dog is walked at least three times daily in a fenced grassy area.  For your information, we DO NOT have employees on the premises 24 hours.

VACCINE INFORMATION

We require that all dogs boarded here are current on their Rabies vaccine, the DHLPP-CV (distemper, parvo, hepatitis, Leptospirosis, para influenza, and corona), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).  We also treat all animals who board with K9 Advantix, a topical Flea and Tick preventative.  Advantix is an on-the-spot treatment that we administer by placing a drop on your dog's back between their shoulder blades.  Advantix is  non-systemic, which means that it does not enter the blood stream. Advantix is also a nontoxic, unlike flea and tick dips or powders.  If your dog is current on a flea or tick product other than Advantix, we will need to see the product information and have it approved by a doctor prior to admittance. 

If your pet was vaccinated elsewhere, we will need proof from that veterinarian.  AT HOME VACCINES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.  You may ask any member of our staff about this policy.  If your pet is not current on all vaccines, we prefer that they are given 14 days  prior to the first day of boarding.  If it is not possible we can give the vaccine while your dog is boarding, but their immunity will not be at its maximum.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT INFORMATION

Monday through Friday  Check In is from 8:00am to 4:30pm by appointment

You may pick-up your pet at any time Monday through Friday during our regular business hours.  Our daily rates start the day you drop off, regardless of the time of day.  If you pick up before 12:00pm on the last day of boarding, you will not be charged for that day.

BOARDING INFORMATION FOR CATS

We board all cats, regardless of weight, in a cat condo.  Each cat's litterbox is checked three times daily. We are closed on Sundays, but we do have kennel staff in several times through out the day.

VACCINE INFORMATION

We require that all cats boarding are current on Rabies, FVRCCP Booster (Pamleukopenia, Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Chlamydia, and Psittaci), and Feline Leukemia.  We also require that all cats boarding receive an application of Frontline.  Frontline is an on-the-spot treatment for fleas and ticks that we administer by placing a drop on your cat's back between the shoulder blades.  Frontline is non-ststemic, which means that it does not enter the blood stream.  Frontline is also nontoxic, unlike flea and tick dips and powders.
