"We were unable to get a same-day appt. with another animal hospital that had previously treated our dog. Said they were affiliated with Noe's Ark and knew they had available appts that day.In less than an hour after calling Noe's Ark, we were in their office.All the staff was very pleasant and treated our dog gently. Dr. Brown sat on the floor with her during the exam and provided several treatment options.We also received a follow-up call several days later to check her status.A very positive experience working with the front desk staff, the vet technician and Dr. Brown."
